On Thursday, October 30th, The Execu|Search Group’s Lisa Carver, Lisa Morano, and Marlene Shirey, presented to the Morris County Dress for Success graduating class. To help prepare the class of 20 women graduating from a 12-week intense program for their next job in the workforce, the volunteers led a seminar called “Your Personal Brand – Putting Your Best Foot Forward.”
The Execu|Search Group’s presentation covered everything from appearing approachable and professional to a potential employer, to appropriately branding yourself on social media to aide your job search, and to landing a job at one of your target companies. “The women who are completing this 3-month career program have worked so hard,” says Lisa Carver. “This is the third year that we have participated in Dress for Success’s graduation program, and every year, I look forward to mentoring the graduates and helping them move to the next level in their job search.”
