The Execu|Search Group has partnered with a wide range of organizations to combat the recent COVID-19 outbreak in the U.S, especially in the New York Tri-State area. With our extensive network, we are able to connect our partners requiring urgent assistance with clinical, administrative, and support staff.
Since the initial outbreak, ES Healthcare, a division of The Execu|Search Group, has been working around the clock to ensure facilities can provide the appropriate services to people who have either contracted or been exposed to COVID-19, while many of our other divisions have been assisting critical nonprofit organizations hit hard by this crisis. At this time, Execu|Search has placed hundreds (and counting) of front line healthcare professionals and non-clinical support staff at COVID-19 testing sites, as well as pop-up hospitals, clinics, food banks, and homeless shelters.
“This is a scary and devastating time for the country, but it’s inspiring to see all the nurses and other professionals step up to help those in need,” said Kelsey Bryne, a Senior Director within ES Healthcare. “There are hundreds of needs for nurses to assist with drive-through testing and other positions to help mitigate the spread of the virus and help those who have been impacted. It’s been all hands on deck at The Execu|Search Group.”
And that it has been. Not only is our Healthcare division actively working with clients and candidates to do our part in combating this pandemic, but our other divisions have been pitching in as well. For example, our Accounting/Finance, Creative & Digital, Human Resources, and Professional Support teams are working diligently to help fill urgent needs at our clients’ pop-up facilities and sites throughout the Tri-State area.
“This really isn’t a time to stay pigeon-holed in what you know,” said Julie Kirsch, a Senior Director within the Creative & Digital division. “I obviously don’t normally source professionals outside of the Creative field, but I do have a good eye for people who are passionate and motivated to do their job. That’s what I’m doing right now: helping to fill the roles that our clients and the community need in these times. Whether it’s simply relaying a message for the Healthcare division on my Facebook page or Instagram or trying to connect organizations with the support they need, then that’s what I’m going to do.”
