Execu|Search Presents On A Dress For Success Panel

Last week, members of The Execu|Search Group’s Parsippany, NJ office led a panel presentation for women enrolled in Morris County’s chapter of Dress for Success (DFS).

To help the class of 30 women transition back into the workforce, Execu|Search presented on the benefits of temporary work. Following the panel discussion, the presenters held a Q&A session, discussed current job market trends, and reviewed resumes.

“Sharing our insight and personal stories with the DFS Professional Women’s Group was such a rewarding experience,” says Lisa Carver, a Senior Managing Director at The Execu|Search Group. “As an organization we partner with on a monthly basis, DFS allows us to apply what we do every day to an incredible group of motivated women who are making the effort to advance their careers.”

Dress for Success is an international organization that aims to promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.  To learn how you can get involved, please visit: https://dressforsuccess.org/
