This week, The Execu|Search Group’s Creative & Digital division hosted Millennials & Leadership: Succession Planning for the Next Generation, an event that brought together some of the top employers in New York City to discuss how organizations can better meet the needs of their millennial employees. Held at the Ace Hotel, attendees gathered to enjoy breakfast along with a compelling presentation from our friends at Marina Maher Communications.
