14 October 2015
If you’ve been on our website recently, you may notice that it looks a little different. As of October 14th, we’ve launched a site-wide redesign with 3 main goals: improved navigation, modernized design, and streamlined content. “As we’ve grown as a company, it’s been really important for us to adapt our business to the changing times,” explains Hannah DeGiovanni, Chief Marketing Officer of The Execu|Search Group. “The redesign is just the next, natural step in keeping The Execu|Search Group accessible to all of our stakeholders as we expand our geographical presence and service offerings. We improved the design and overall aesthetic of our website to ensure all of our visitors can easily navigate, share, and engage with content that is relevant to them.“ Here’s what’s new: Better Organization Since the services we provide to our two core audiences of employers and job seekers are different, we’ve made it easy for individuals to find the information that is most relevant to their unique needs. As part of our commitment to provide a truly personalized experience for all visitors, our site will continue to utilize adaptive technology in order to display content optimized for different devices – computers, tablets, or smartphones. More Visuals In today’s information-driven, digital world, it can be difficult to process everything all at once. In fact, it can be so overwhelming that the majority of a message’s intended audience tunes it out altogether. That is why a major goal of our redesign was to make our site more visual and transition away from text-heavy content. Inspired by the stats that visuals are processed 600,000 times faster than text and that 90% of information sent to the brain is visual, we hope that our increased used of graphics will make our site easier to digest. Integrated Content At The Execu|Search Group, it’s always been a priority for us to educate job seekers and employers about the factors that can affect their careers and hiring decisions. This is why we have built a robust blog that is updated frequently with insightful articles for clients and candidates, and we also publish informative whitepapers, infographics, and case studies. To complement our service offerings, our new design seeks to incorporate more of this content on relevant pages. For example, if you are a job seeker looking at our Accounting/Finance practice area page, you will be able to view our most recent blog posts on relevant industry trends. If you haven’t already, you can check out the new design, here!
