Last week, The Execu|Search Group participated in BioNJ’s 5th annual HR Conference! The event, which took place at Kean University in Union, NJ, brought together HR professionals in the life sciences field for a day of learning and networking. All panel discussions revolved around this year’s theme, Managing HR Through Changing Times.
As a member of BioNJ, Larry Dolinko—President of The Execu|Search Group’s Temporary Staffing division—had the opportunity to moderate the panel, Evolving and Adapting Your Organization to Change. During this session, panelists shared their strategies for attracting and retaining talent who can push business forward in times of change.
“In light of today’s candidate-driven market, this topic couldn’t be more relevant,” says Larry. “To be competitive in a field that is constantly evolving, pharmaceutical and biotech companies need to build a culture that embraces agility. Only then, can they attract and motivate the talent they need for success.”
